So what does it take to repair your vehicle properly after an accident? Along each route, the sequence is basically the same: evaluation, disassembly, production, paint and reassembly. At Jax Paint & Body, no vehicle moves to the next step until ALL details are complete and the customer is notified. 

	EVALUATION Detailed estimate is prepared Owner signs repair authorization Insurance negotiation completed Parts ordered and received Completion date estimates provided
	DISASSEMBLY Vehicle disassembled Supplement damage report documented and approved Approval for additional damages Additional parts ordered
	PRODUCTION Structural and body repairs begin Set up on computerized frame Panels prepped and installed Primer, sealant and corrosion protection applied Repairs inspected and sent to paint department
	PAINT Vehicle is pressure washed Vehicle is chemically cleaned Primed, blocked and sealed Masked to prevent over-spray Multi-step painting process
	REASSEMBLY Vehicle is reassembled Vehicle cleaned for customer  Final inspection completed Customer contacted for pick-up Drive away happy
